Veronica Castellana is a nationally recognized and experienced Legal Nurse Consultant, educator, author, and founder of LNC Firm, RN MARKET, and the LNC STAT program. For more than years, she has worked directly with attorneys on medical-legal cases, earning a reputation for practical insight and dependable case support. Through LNC Firm, she has been involved in numerous cases and has built long-standing relationships with attorneys who rely on her medical-legal experience.
Veronica’s career began in Emergency Nursing, but a severe latex allergy forced her to leave the clinical setting and rebuild her professional path. That transition became the foundation for the modern Legal Nurse Consulting methods she later developed, and was used to influence thousands of other nurses seeking new career options. After having difficulty launching using the the traditional Legal nurse training courses, she developed her own methods and created the LNC STAT program to give nurses a more effective path into the profession.
Today, Veronica leads a large network of nurses and medical-legal professionals, giving attorneys access to broad clinical knowledge while giving nurses the mentorship, structure, and confidence needed to succeed outside the bedside. She is also the author of more than 50 medical-legal books and manuals, and the creator of multiple advanced medical-legal training programs.
Her work connects two audiences with one mission: helping attorneys strengthen their cases while helping nurses use their clinical experience in a more independent, professional, and meaningful way.
